Peopleworks is a professional labour hire and contract management company. They lead Victoria in providing a quality service to the cleaning industry.

Customer's needs, high safety standards and staff satisfaction are paramount to their success.

Training programs are offered to all staff and their non discrimination employment policy has seen them nominated for the Prime Minister's Employer of the Year Awards, Australian Achiever Awards and the Disability Friendly Awards.

They employ current staff, recruit further staff when needed and manage all human relations for their customers. All wages and on-costs are paid on behalf of the customer who simply receive a monthly invoice for hrs of work approved and completed. The customer retains supervision and responsibility at each work site, however Peopleworks has work care responsibility. Any extra work is approved before completion, and a work order system is used as a record to invoice by.
