REBECCA JENZEN

GENERAL MANAGER

Rebecca Jenzen has many years of experience in management and operations in the cleaning industry. Rebecca joined Peopleworks late in 2017.

 

She holds overall responsibility for the delivery of services, as well as clients satisfaction and full operational and administrative accountability.

 

Her passion and dedication have afforded her the opportunity to manage Victoria’s larger Commercial Towers contract. She has also been involved across many industries including: Commercial, Education,Government, Retail & Industrial portfolios. Rebecca is highly regarded in the industry due to her professionalism and perseverance in achieving outstanding clients satisfaction results.
 

RAFAELA GARCIA

CONTRACTS MANAGER ADELAIDE

Rafaela comes with a vast years of experience in managing cleaning contracts within the Commercial & Events Sector, she is a great tutor and communicator. Her responsibilities are to oversee and ensure that contracts are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.

 

Develop standards for contracts. Perform appropriate administrative and operational support to contracts development. Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements. Provide solutions to contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations.

 

Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract scope of works delivering of services.Interface with client contract representatives regarding adequacy of coverage and purchasing essentials. - Assist as primary organizational contact during contracts negotiations and ongoing client support for the duration of our contracts in Adelaide.

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Sue Witnish has been a manager at Peopleworks for over 11 years. She is responsible for ensuring that the scope of services and service levels are met.

ROXANA CRUZ

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Roxana Cruz has been a manager at Peopleworks for over 2 years. She is responsible for ensuring that the scope of services and service levels are met in all aspects Roxana has 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry as well as business planning and she is also our NDIS specialist responsible for the service and delivery of all services and local community staff inclusion.

RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ingrid Kaye has over 17 years’ experience in management and operations. She is responsible for the delivery of quality services in the residential part of our business.

MIGUEL TREUGUEMIL

SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER

Miguel Treuquemil is highly experience in Contracts. Management with 22 years of experience in different. Cleaning services sectors Miguel has been with us since 2015.    

FADI NASSER ELDIN

Fadi Nasser is our Area Manager with an extensive record of experience within the cleaning industry, a talented and focused executes, with us since 2014,  Fadi comes with 18 years of experience.

DIANA MUNETON

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Diana Muneton has over 7 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles. She has been the Quality and Assurance Manager since 2015 with responsibility for controlling quality processes.

Adriana Torres is a young talented individual that started with us from the bottom up. Adriana is responsible for putting together our costing Tenders & Presentation
With 4 years of experience in the Industrial Design Market completed her Master in Colombia, employed with us since 2016.

KARINA CASTILLO

​Administration Support / Payroll Officer

Karina is highly efficient and diligent administrative office professional with 5 years of experience in Management. Capable leader with excellent skills in delegating responsibilities to others and supervising and evaluating for effective tasks completion of accounts payable / accounts receivables controls.

 

Karina is also our Payroll Officer and provides ongoing support to our Operations Team. Her enthusiasm for delivering excellent service to customers is paramount and always committed to upholding company policies and procedures when working with staff members and motivating team.

 

Karina has a strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail when dealing with clients needs and requests.

MARCO CASTILLO

NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Marco has more than 31 years of experience in the industry. The Managing Director decided to purchase Peopleworks Cleaning Services Pty Limited in April 2016, Marco has gain his skills through working with large firms servicing large corporations and educational facilities. Beginning as cleaner, supervisor and making his way through to senior management.

 

The Director decided to operate his own business when recognizing the need to provide a focused cleaning services and the passion for personnel integration from all communities and backgrounds, based around the concept of defining the “Desired Outcome”.

 

The General Manager and the Director have grown the business based on this philosophy and his dedication to his customers and his staff and the community.

 

Marco’s success is centered on his ability to provide cost effective, efficient cleaning services through his understanding of the needs of the customer, the traders, visitors and the community. Marco has adopted the saying, “One Team One Dream Outcome” and has in-turn imparted this vision to his management team who now work tirelessly at understanding and achieving the customer’s true requirements.

 

Marco oversees the management of all major contracts at Peopleworks.  Located at Head Office and on site as required, Marco is responsible for the overall management of all contracts along with the General Manager.
